IPC has a diversified line of Plates and Gaskets and a broad stock ready to meet demands for any brands and models.

Gaskets are sealing elements specifically designed to keep the internal Heat Exchanger pressure and prevent leakage and the contact between fluids. Due to their constructive shape, which varied according to the model and brand, gaskets are inserted into plate channels which, through plate compression (pressing), ensure the perfect sealing effect.

Plates are designed for the most diverse applications with clean, dirty, and highly viscous fluids.

They are manufactured in all cold stamping materials, austenistic and super-austenistic steel, and special alloys. Among the most common types, we have the AISI316 stainless steel, Titanium Grade 1, and Hastelloy.

The thermal exchange areas range from 0.02 m² to 6.0 m² per plate.

We Produce Heat Exchangers with the APV plate technology and work with their authorized technical assistance throughout Brazil.

Trocadores de Calor Gaxetados da linha Industrial:

São trocadores de calor a placas utilizados em aplicações industriais diversas, tais como aquecimento, resfriamento, evaporação e condensação de fluidos diversos. As placas são confeccionadas nos mais diversos metais estampáveis a frio, sendo o mais comum o aço inoxidável AISI316. A estrutura suporte de placas é confeccionada em aço carbono, revestida com pintura epóxi de alta resistência.

Trocadores de Calor Gaxetados da linha Sanitária:

São trocadores de calor a placas utilizados em aplicações sanitárias diversas, tais como aquecimento, resfriamento, pasteurização (de alimentos e bebidas). As placas são confeccionadas nos mais diversos metais estampáveis a frio, sendo o mais comum o aço inoxidável AISI316. A estrutura suporte de placas é confeccionada em aço inoxidável maciço ou aço carbono revestido em aço inoxidável.

Corrective or preventive services. Full units are remanufactured in the customers’ sites, regardless of brand and model.

Regional technical assistance

ICP has a dedicated technical structure ready to provide assistance in the state of Paraná, São Paulo, Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro, Bahia, Pernambuco, and Ceará.

Maintenance

Corrective or preventive services. Full units are remanufactured in the customers’ sites or in the ICP service center.

Improvements

Performance assessment, redesign, CIP condition, among others, for heat exchangers of all brands and models, through the adequate software recognized by the main experts in the globe.

Training

Training services for designers and the operation and maintenance personnel. The training sessions are offered in the customers’ sites or in the ICP Service Center.
