ICP has a diverse range of plates and gaskets, and a large inventory to meet the needs of any brand and model.

Gaskets are seals with a specific profile, designed to maintain the internal pressure of the heat exchanger, prevent leaks, and avoid fluid contact.

Due to their construction, which varies by brand and model, gaskets are positioned in the channels of the plates. Through compression (tightening of the plates), they ensure a perfect seal.

The plates are designed for a variety of applications with clean, dirty, and highly viscous fluids.

They are manufactured from all cold-stamped materials, austenitic steels, super-austenitic steels, and special alloys.

The most common materials include AISI316 stainless steel, Gr.1 titanium, and Hastelloy. The heat exchange areas range from 0.02 m² to 6.0 m² per plate.

We manufacture heat exchangers using APV plate technology and offer authorized technical assistance throughout Brazil. This tool helps simulate the performance of plate heat exchangers of any manufacturer and model, enabling proper multibrand support.
